The head of Customer Service Management at ITC-Welcomgroup, Gautam has been with ITC for the last 28 years. His current focus is on luxury products and services; and oversees brand values and standards, new hotels and food and beverage brands.

A Modern School alumnus and a History Honours graduate from St. Stephen's College, he's a quintessential Delhi boy who loves rock music and contemporary literature.

Gautam is a strong proponent of the ingredients of hoteliering. Appointed to the Board of Advisers to Delhi Tourism, for the forthcoming Commonwealth Games.
