My third visit to this hotel and once again ALL staff surpassed my expectations. Not only me but the rest of the crew I was with. I can honestly say that the service in India far exceeds that of any country I have visited. From the porters, reception, waiters, room service staff, cleaners etc etc every single individual is extremely polite and helpful, Its a pleasure to visit.

I also made use of the spa where I had a exceptional massage and although expensive by comparison the attentiveness and surroundings and the massage itself was worth every rupee.

As a US-based frequent traveller, I had the pleasure of staying at your ITC Grand Maratha property in Mumbai. While my stay began with some hiccups i.e., setting for one when I had my wife travelling with me on prior notice, what transformed our stay was the unique experience we had at breakfast, courtesy of the chief chef, Mr. Mani.
